Level 4 Diploma

The Level 4 qualifications aim to prepare students to have a broader understanding of the business environment. It provides the students with the skills, experience and attitude needed to perform at a professional level and to progress to level 5.

The School-to-work Level 4 Diploma has 18 mandatory units- 13 general units and 4 specialised units and a final report. Students must complete all units within 6 months in order to be awarded the qualification.

The Total Qualification Time (TQT) for each of the S2W Level 4 Diplomas is 315 hours, divided into 15 hours per general units and 30 hours per specilization unit.

Each of the S2W Level 4 Diplomas is worth 21 credits.

FELA S2W Level 4 Diplomas have four sessions.

  • September Session: From September to November (Unpaid Internship in Cameroon starts from December to February).
  • December Session: From December to February(Unpaid Internship in Cameroon starts from March to May)
  • March Session: From March to May(Unpaid Internship in Cameroon starts from June to August)
  • June Session: From June to August(Unpaid Internship in Cameroon starts from September to November)

All registered students are placed on paid work experience in Cameroon. This is to continue the process of honing their skills, ensure that by the time they complete their level 4 Diploma, they already have 3 months of working experience. This placement arrangement also helps to develop in them the right attitude to stand out in the job market.

Level 4 Specializations:

In addition to the 13 units above, students must complete four specialization units from their chosen specialism and complete a final project . Specialisms include:
